  • My office is located in the heart of Lower Highlands at 2839 Wyandot Street.

  • I have a dedicated parking spot for my clients. 

  • I use a HIPAA-compliant EHR system called Simple Practice that has a built-in video-conference option. You will be able to access each online session through your client portal.

  • Yes. I am in the office Monday-Wednesday and work remotely on Thursdays.

  • Your first sessions is a chance for you to get to know me and my style of therapy as well as for us to determine if we are a good fit. I tend to use our initial session to get the “broad strokes” of your concerns and help you identify some initial goals.

  • This is a common question and the answer may not be satisfactory - it depends! Everyone has different needs, which means the frequency of sessions and duration of therapy varies. However, I typically recommend three months to start in order to really dig into your goals.
